The automatic control design of vacuum tempering furnace is reasonable, highly automated and reliable, which can effectively ensure the efficient and safe operation of production, fully utilize the characteristics of high reliability, anti-interference and convenient debugging of PLC, realize the automation of brazing process, and thus reduce the labor intensity of operators. 1. To avoid heat treatment products, especially copper, aluminium, zinc, tin, lead and other contact with electric heating elements, whether fine powder, melt or steam, to prevent erosion on the surface of electric heating body to form "pits", cross-section becomes smaller, and finally overheating and burning.
2. When testing the uniformity of furnace temperature, attention should be paid to the location and binding of temperature measuring contacts and the distance from heating elements.
In box-type resistance furnace, brushes, brooms, compressed air and vacuum cleaners are often used to clean the hearth and shelf bricks (at least monthly). Impurities such as oxide scales in the furnace should be prevented from dropping on the electric heating elements and short-circuiting or even burning the shelf bricks. The bottom plate, crucible, furnace pot and other heat-resistant steel components should be lifted and knocked to remove the oxide scale every time they are used for a period of time. If impurities such as iron oxide scale are not removed in time, they will melt and react with refractory bricks to melt the furnace wire.
3. After the vacuum furnace is heated up, the door can not be opened for a long time. When the temperature is higher than 400 C, it should not be cooled sharply. When the temperature of the electrothermal element is high and the temperature changes greatly, it is easy to cause oxidation peeling. For molybdenum heating furnace, EI should be cooled to below 200 before shutting down the protective gas.
4. The lead-out rod should be in good contact with the clamp, and the lead-out rod should be smooth in contact with the clamp. The lead rod should not be reddish, and the temperature of the wire clamp should not exceed 60 C when power is supplied. Attention should be paid to the fact that due to the thermal expansion, cold contraction and creep elongation during heating and stopping, the bolts of the lead-out rod wiring clamp are prone to oxidative loosening, forming a virtual short circuit, and tightening should be checked regularly.
