Vacuum System of Food Freeze-dryer Characteristics:
1. The drying bin is connected with the fast pumping group and the continuous pumping group respectively through butterfly valves.
2. The fast pumping unit includes the first Roots pump and the vacuum oil pump. The vacuum oil pump connects the first Roots pump and the first Roots pump connects the drying bin through the first butterfly valve.
3. A check valve is arranged between the second Roots pump and the water ring vacuum pump in the continuous pumping group.
4. Vacuum pumps are multiple and connected in parallel.
Vacuum System Application:
1. In vacuum packaging machinery, the adsorption, labeling, labeling and opening of packaging bags of packaging paper;
2. Processing, transportation and assembly of TV tube and electronic gun, and assembly of TV set;
3. Detection of double sheets and folds in printing machinery and transportation of printing paper;
4. Transportation and packing of glass;
5. Robots pick up heavy objects, carry and assemble them.
