What are the applications of vacuum pumps in industrial waste gas treatment? Industrial exhaust gas refers to all kinds of pollutant-containing gases discharged into the air during fuel combustion and production process in the enterprise plant area. These exhaust gases will pollute the air when they are discharged into the atmosphere. These substances enter the human body through different ways of respiratory tract, some of which directly cause harm, and some of them have accumulative effect, which will more seriously endanger human health. Different substances have different effects. Therefore, the treatment of three wastes is an important link in industrial production. Vacuum pumps are commonly used in the treatment of sewage and flue gas desulfurization. Today we want to understand the content of waste gas treatment and vacuum pump, that is, the application of vacuum technology in waste gas treatment.
Industrial exhaust gases include granular exhaust gases and gaseous exhaust gases, which include various sulfides, fluorides, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, smoke and dust, etc. These substances have different hazards to animals, plants and human body, and affect the climate and environment at the same time. Therefore, it is indispensable to treat industrial exhaust gas.
There are three typical aspects of vacuum pump treating industrial waste gas:
The first is air purification, which mainly includes centralized vacuum cleaner system and vacuum suction method to detect pollution technology. It is not like the general sense of waste gas treatment, the former is mainly used to create a clean production environment, to ensure the production of high-quality products and the health of producers. The latter uses the imported vacuum pump to collect surface pollutants to analyze and measure their composition content, so as to facilitate targeted treatment.
Secondly, flue gas desulfurization, which is a very typical industrial waste gas treatment application, vacuum technology is mainly in the process of vacuum filtration and vacuum crystallization. In electric power, pulp and other industries, the waste gas contains a large amount of sulfur dioxide, which needs to be treated by absorption, adsorption, catalytic conversion and other methods. Limestone method, metal oxide method and other absorption methods are commonly used for flue gas desulfurization. After the absorbent absorbs sulfur dioxide from the exhaust gas, the next thing to do is to use vacuum technology to filter the absorbent slurry to separate solid and liquid, then concentrate and crystallize in vacuum to release sulfur dioxide to recover the absorbent.
The third is the treatment of acidic mixed gases. Chemical pharmaceutical enterprises that will adopt chlorination, sulfonation and nitrification processes will discharge various mixed acid tail gases in their production. These acid mixed gases can be absorbed by packed absorbers and graphite falling film absorbers, but they occupy a lot of land, invest a lot and are difficult to recover. In the case of vacuum process, jet pump and dilute alkali solution are used as medium to form negative pressure, and acid mixture gas absorbed by water absorber is inhaled. The mixture gas is fully contacted, absorbed and reacted with the solution, thus being recovered and removed. Compared with other processes, this method has more advantages in energy consumption and investment.
