In this way, it can accommodate between 25 and 30 minutes. Otherwise, the vacuum time will be greatly prolonged. During the production of ultra-low carbon steel, the contact between resistance material and molten steel leads to carbon on the back of steel along with the expansion of smelting time. In addition, because of the larger amount of Al added to ultra-low carbon steel, a lot of Al2O3 inclusions are produced. Therefore, the earlier and more advantageous aluminium connection is conducive to the floating of Al2O3 inclusions, which is more conducive to the operation of the waiting process and the improvement of product quality.
