Vacuum Furnace Cleaning and Dedusting Method
Vacuum furnace is used for heating equipment in vacuum environment. Although it is used in vacuum environment, it also produces a lot of scale garbage, which requires regular cleaning and dust removal. The following vacuum furnace manufacturers introduce several cleaning and maintenance methods.
1. Because the flue gas contains a considerable amount of sulphur dioxide, it will become sulphur trioxide (commonly known as dilute sulphuric acid) when it meets water, which will cause corrosion on the surface of heat exchanger tubes. The principle of vacuum tempering furnace is the same, which needs the same maintenance.
2. Because the scales on the heated surface will accumulate thicker and thicker, the thermal insulation layer will be formed, which will directly affect the heat exchange and reduce the thermal efficiency of the boiler. The use of vacuum annealing furnace is similar.
3. Because the fouling on the wall of the heat exchanger tube will become thicker and thicker, it is equivalent to the heat exchanger tube becoming thicker and thicker. This reduces the cross-section area of air permeability between the heat exchanger tubes, increases the resistance of flue gas emission, and has a certain impact on the normal combustion of the boiler.
4. The location of fouling is different in different places of vacuum furnace. Where the fouling is thick, the cross-section area of permeability decreases, the resistance of airflow increases, and the flue gas velocity in places with less fouling is accelerated. A little longer time will lead to the formation of a high-speed airflow passage. Because there are many non-combustible solid substances in the flue gas, the heat exchanger tube in the high-speed airflow channel wears quickly and is forced to stop the furnace for maintenance.
