Vacuum Annealing Furnace Vacuum Systems Several
There are many kinds of vacuum annealing furnaces, which require different vacuum systems. In terms of vacuum, there are low, medium and high vacuum systems. Here are some common vacuum systems.
1. Low Vacuum System
It is suitable for vacuum heat treatment furnaces with vacuum in the range of 1333-2Pa, such as pre-pumped low vacuum well furnace. Most of the pumps are oil-sealed rotary mechanical pumps.
2. Medium Vacuum System
It is suitable for vacuum heat treatment furnace with vacuum degree ranging from 1.333 to 3*10Pa. Medium vacuum system is widely used in vacuum heat treatment furnace, which usually consists of two-stage vacuum pump units. The primary pumps mostly use rotary mechanical pumps or sliding valve mechanical pumps. The main pumps are mechanical booster pumps (Roots pumps) or oil booster pumps.
3. High Vacuum System
It is suitable for vacuum heat treatment furnaces with vacuum degree ranging from 1.333 x 1O to 6.6 x 10Pa, such as vacuum annealing furnaces and vacuum brazing furnaces. It usually consists of three-stage vacuum pump units. The main pump usually uses oil diffusion pump and ion pump. The primary pump mostly uses rotary mechanical pump or sliding valve mechanical pump. The former pump is mechanical booster pump (Roots pump) or oil booster pump.
Vacuum system basic parameters:
The main parameters of vacuum system of vacuum heat treatment furnace are vacuum limit, working vacuum, pumping time, pumping rate and leakage rate (pressure rise rate).
The highest vacuum degree that a vacuum furnace can achieve under the condition of air furnace and cold state is called the limit vacuum degree. The ultimate vacuum degree is an important index for evaluating the quality of processing and assembling parts of vacuum furnace, the pumping capacity and the ultimate vacuum of vacuum unit, the sealing and leakage of furnace body and vacuum hygiene. Usually, the limit vacuum degree of the vacuum furnace should be about one order of magnitude lower than that of the main pump.
