2. Attentions of vacuum furnace in summer, high temperature and humidity in summer. If the temperature of circulating water in vacuum furnace is too low, it will condensate on the cooling water box inside the machine and the secondary coil of transformer of high frequency furnace. Water dripping will occur when the humidity is very high. It is recommended that a circulating water tank or pool be filled with cold water continuously when the water temperature exceeds 30 degrees. If the machine temperature rise is too high, we should also consider adding fans to increase heat dissipation.
In winter, the temperature is low, and the cooling water is easy to freeze. Especially the vacuum furnace works in the daytime, does not work at night, and the cooling water in the vacuum furnace is not emptied in time. It is easy to freeze the machine. Generally, the secondary damage of transformer in high frequency furnace is more. Maintenance is time-consuming and laborious. On-site maintenance is limited by tools, equipment and site. Generally, it can only be repaired back to the original factory. The solution is to stop the high frequency furnace, empty the circulating water left in the machine in time, or add a timing device to make the circulating water pump work intermittently.
