Troubleshooting of Vacuum Furnace
Fault Reasons and Treatment of Vacuum Furnace
1. Low vacuum: pump oil pollution, too little or too thin, clean the vacuum pump, replace the new vacuum pump oil.
2. Pumping time is too short: prolong the time of pumping.
3. Blockage of exhaust filters: cleaning or replacing exhaust filters.
4. Leakage: Turn off the power supply after exhaustion, check the leakage of solenoid valves, pipe joints, vacuum pump suction valves and gaskets around the studio.
5. Noise: The coupling of vacuum furnace is worn or broken and replaced.
6. Blockage or incorrect installation of exhaust filters: clean or replace exhaust filters and install them correctly.
7. Vacuum Furnace Injection: The O-ring of the suction valve falls off, the vacuum tube on the pump nozzle is pulled out, the suction nozzle is removed, the pressure spring and the suction valve are taken out, the O-ring is gently stretched several times, and then embedded in the groove, and then installed.
8. Rotary wear: replace the rotary blade.
9. Vacuum Furnace Oil Leakage: The return valve is blocked, the return valve is unloaded and cleaned.
10. Oil window loosening: After oil discharge, remove oil window and wrap raw material belt or thin plastic film.
11. Vacuum Furnace Fume: Blockage or pollution of exhaust filters, cleaning or replacing exhaust filters.
12. Pump oil pollution: replace new oil.
13. Blockage of return valve: Clean return valve.
14. No heating: the heating strip is burnt out, and the heating strip is replaced.
15. Heating time relay burns out (when two lights are on at the same time, OMRON lamp is yellow). Replace time relay.
16. Burning out of heating wire: Replace heating wire and install it firmly. Control heating temperature band switch bad contact: repair or replacement. The AC contactor controlled by heating does not reset: repair (blow away foreign body with airflow) or replace.
17. Heating does not stop: Heating time relay contacts badly or burns out, adjusting time relay contacts or replaces with socket.
18. Sealing is uneven, not tight or not sealed: the steel box is deformed, and the heating time and temperature of the steel box are not adjusted properly.
19. Long time of motor inversion: any two-phase power supply line is switched and installed (except ground wire).
20. Pressure airway ventilation is not smooth: straighten out pressure airway.
