1. Temperature control: PID automatic control temperature, digital display (programmable degree 30 section curve; automatic heating, insulation, cooling) upper limit alarm, deviation alarm, automatic stop at the end of program operation, no man on duty (can be made into a key vacuum heating and cooling, the whole process of PLC control).
2. Temperature control instrument linear current output, flip-flop phase-shifted trigger reverse parallel bidirectional thyristor.
3. Temperature-controlled thermocouples adopt S-dividing thermocouples
4. Alarm action:
A. Overtemperature alarm: When the temperature in the furnace rises to the alarm temperature, the power supply is automatically cut off and the alarm light is on.
B. Couple break alarm: thermocouple open circuit, instrument alarm and automatic power off.
