3. Brief description of structure:
The furnace is divided into heating part, furnace body part, electrical part, vacuum pump system and so on.
1. The lining part:
Furnace: The heating zone is 300 mm in length and has one temperature zone. It is heated on both sides and controlled by one point. Corundum energy-saving lining structure is adopted in the furnace, and 1260 C fiberboard is used for heat preservation. The utility model has the advantages of good heat preservation performance, small heat capacity, good furnace temperature uniformity, fast heating up, energy saving and small thermal lag of temperature control. The heating element adopts silicon carbon rod, and the maximum temperature can reach 1300 C.
2. Electrical part:
The electrical part adopts a separate structure from the furnace body. The temperature meter adopts intelligent temperature control instrument, which adopts expert PID arithmetic. It is a kind of intelligent instrument with advanced technology, convenient operation, excellent regulation quality, no overshoot, no undershoot and perfect application function. It has the functions of over-temperature alarm and broken couple alarm. The thyristor phase-shifting voltage regulation mode is adopted in the power regulator.
