Nitrification of the steel surface infiltrates to form nitrogen-rich catalytic nitriding layer of chemical treatment, also known as nitridation, nitridation, salt bath nitridation.
Nitrogen seeps into the steel surface to form a layer of nitrogen-rich chemical treatment hardening layer, called nitridation, also known as nitridation, nitridation, salt bath nitridation.
Nitriding heat treatment of steel has the following advantages:
1. Nitrided steel carburized parts have high surface hardness and wear resistance, the surface hardness can reach 950-1200hv, equivalent to hrc65-72. And the high hardness and high wear resistance can be keep in the 560-600 ℃ degradation, and has good thermal stability；
2. Carburized steel has high fatigue strength ratio and low notch sensitivity due to the formation of nitride on the surface with large residual stress due to volume expansion;
The dense nitride layer is a nitride film with good corrosion resistance and occlusion resistance；
4. Due to the low nitriding temperature, no longer heat treatment nitriding, so carburizing treatment；
