Nitrification of the steel surface infiltrates to form nitrogen-rich catalytic nitriding layer of chemical treatment, also known as nitridation, nitridation, salt bath nitridation.
Nitrogen seeps into the steel surface to form a layer of nitrogen-rich chemical treatment hardening layer, called nitridation, also known as nitridation, nitridation, salt bath nitridation.
Nitriding heat treatment of steel has the following advantages:
1. Nitrided steel carburized parts have high surface hardness and wear resistance, the surface hardness can reach 950-1200hv, equivalent to hrc65-72. And the high hardness and high wear resistance can be keep in the 560-600 ℃ degradation, and has good thermal stability;
2. Carburized steel has high fatigue strength ratio and low notch sensitivity due to the formation of nitride on the surface with large residual stress due to volume expansion;
The dense nitride layer is a nitride film with good corrosion resistance and occlusion resistance;
4. Due to the low nitriding temperature, no longer heat treatment nitriding, so carburizing treatment;
