What is the working principle of rotary vane vacuum pump?


The rotary vane pump is mainly composed of stator, rotor, rotary vane, fixed cover, spring and other parts. The structure is composed of a rotor eccentrically mounted in the stator cavity (the clearance between the outer circle of the rotor and the inner surface of the stator is very small) and two rotating plates which slide in the rotor slot and are attached to the inner wall of the stator by spring tension and centrifugal force. When the rotor rotates, it always slides along the inner wall of the stator.


Rotary vane vacuum pump is widely used in coal, petroleum, natural gas, food packaging, drying, refrigeration, scientific research, medical, electronic, chemical, pharmaceutical and other fields because of its simple structure, low manufacturing accuracy, simple processing, compact structure and isothermal advantages of gas compression. At present, in the evaporation section of oil leaching workshop, negative pressure evaporation technology is widely used because it can not only reduce solvent consumption, steam consumption and refining consumption, but also ensure product quality. In the process design of negative pressure evaporation of leaching mixture, many manufacturers have used rotary vane vacuum pump to pump vacuum. Many attempts have been made in this field and fruitful results have been achieved.


The gas discharged from the evaporative condenser is sucked by the rotary vane vacuum pump, and the vapor-liquid mixture discharged from the evaporative condenser enters the separator along the tangential direction and is separated in the separator; the gas discharged from the separator enters the tail gas condenser to maximize the recovery of the solvent contained in the gas; the liquid discharged from the separator is a mixture of solvent and water, which is condensed by the condenser and acts as the rotary vane vacuum pump. Inhaled liquids are recycled. When the amount of inhaled liquids is insufficient, water can be supplemented, or only recycled water can be used as inhaled liquids.


The application of rotary vane vacuum pump in large oil plants can get one point: the vacuum degree of the system is related to the condensate temperature of evaporative condenser. The higher the vacuum degree, the lower the dew point of the solvent, that is, the lower the temperature of the solvent vapor condensate produced by evaporation, that is to say, the lower the temperature of the cooling water is required.
