Rotary vane vacuum pump for vacuum handling

RV single-stage direct-connected multi-rotating vane vacuum pump is a new multi-functional product developed by introducing advanced German technology. It is widely used in vacuum packaging and many other industrial fields, providing strong power, enduring test and reliable operation.

Product structure characteristics:

Firstly, an oil mist eliminator is installed inside the pump, which can effectively eliminate the oil mist in the gas discharged by the pump and avoid the pollution of the surrounding environment caused by the oil mist.

2. There is a check valve in the suction port of the pump. Under the combined action of the check valve and the hole specially arranged in the pump when the pump stops, the pump and the pumped system can be isolated immediately, the pump oil can be prevented from returning to the pumped system, and the true width of the pumped container can be maintained at the same time. Therefore, the vacuum cut-off valve with deflation can be no longer needed to use this type of vacuum pump ocean, thus reducing the users. Use cost.

3. The pump is equipped with an oil-gas separator, which together with an oil mist eliminator forms an effective silencing system, which can eliminate exhaust noise and avoid noise pollution.

Installation operation:

1. Installation of RV Rotary Vacuum Pump

RV rotary vane vacuum pump should be placed horizontally. Similar to pump operation, almost no vibration is usually not fixed. There are metric screw holes on the base cushion of RV rotary vane vacuum pump to fix the pump. Do not push and pull the pump on the ground to avoid damaging the cushion block.

In order to ensure good cooling of RV rotary vane vacuum pump, the cooling air inlet and outlet of the pump should be more than 30 cm away from the surrounding objects. In order to facilitate maintenance, it is suggested to leave 0.4m gap in front of the intake and exhaust ports of RV rotary vane vacuum pump. A base with an oil disc can be installed for convenience of oil discharging.

RV rotary vane vacuum pump delivers pumps without oil. After installation, the required vacuum pump oil is slowly injected through the filling port (see Maintenance 5.1) to 3/4 of the height of the oil window.

2. Electrical Connection of RV Rotary Vacuum Pump

The electrical wiring of RV rotary vane vacuum pump must be carried out by professional electricians. Appropriate motor overload protection devices should be used.

Single-phase 220V50HZ vacuum pump must ensure that the voltage is in the range of 220V + 10%. If the voltage is lower than 220V, it must be equipped with AC power regulator. Do not work under low and high voltage for a long time to avoid damaging the motor.

After the connection of the three-phase asynchronous motor of RV rotary vane vacuum pump is completed, the direction of the motor must be checked. The correct rotation direction of the motor is: from the fan end of the motor tail, the rotation direction of the motor tool shaft is counter-clockwise.

When checking the direction of RV rotary vane vacuum pump, the suction port should be opened or completely covered with rubber sheet (over 4mm thickness), and the power supply should be switched on for 2-3 seconds. If properly rotated, the defendant will feel a strong suction in the suction port or the rubber sheet will hold tightly. If reversed, adjust any two of the three power lines.

Note: RV rotary vane vacuum pump will be damaged if it runs down incorrectly for a long time.

3. System Connection of RV Rotary Vacuum Pump

The intake pipe of RV rotary vane vacuum pump should be no less than the size of the suction port and as short as possible. The threaded joints are vacuum sealed with Letai 515 or Teflon belt.

Dust filters must be installed at the intake end of the pump if dust is contained in the exhausted gas. If necessary, the exhaust pipe should be inclined downward.

4. Starting of RV Rotary Vacuum Pump

The RV rotary vane vacuum pump can be started after determining the oil level. After the first start and each change of wiring, the RV rotary vane vacuum pump must be checked to start backward.

5. Operation of RV Rotary Vacuum Pump

Before normal operation, it is advisable to close the intake valve so that the pump can run for more than 15 minutes under the limit pressure condition, which can effectively extract water vapor from the gas. The motor should not start frequently (less than 6 times per hour). It is recommended to install solenoid valves in the intake pipeline of the pump during intermittent cycle operation, and to close the solenoid valves in the non-working stage to make the pump work under the limit pressure condition. In this way, the power consumed by the motor is not much, but the vacuum pump can be effectively protected.

Note: 1. In normal operation, the surface temperature of oil separator, pump closure and pump cover will exceed 70 C. Do not touch them by hand.

2. RV rotary vane vacuum pump can not refuel when it is running.

6. Measurement of Limit Pressure of RV Rotary Vacuum Pump

The limit pressure of RV rotary vane vacuum pump should be measured directly by a compressed vacuum gauge at the suction port of the pump. The intake should be closed for at least one hour after pump operation, long-term shelf use and new oil use, so that the RV rotary vane vacuum pump can reach the working temperature and measure the limit pressure after fully degassing the pump oil.


Maintenance of RV rotary vane vacuum pump:

1. Vacuum pump oil for RV rotary vane vacuum pump


RV rotary vane vacuum pumps should generally use RV rotary vane vacuum pump oil in accordance with SH0528-92. XD rotary vane vacuum pump oil with ISO~VG100 viscosity grade at ambient temperature between 10 °C and 40 °C. The ISO~VG32 viscosity grade vacuum pump oil is used when the ambient temperature is between 0 °C and 10 °C. When the vacuum pump is running, it must be ensured that the oil level is at 1/2-4/5 of the height of the oil window. Oil level and oil contamination should be checked frequently (recommended once a week). If the oil level is too low, stop the RV rotary vane vacuum pump and add suitable vacuum pump oil to 4/5 of the height of the oil window. If the oil is contaminated, the oil will become black, emulsified, thickened, and oil should be changed in time.


2. Replacement of vacuum pump oil and oil filter for RV rotary vane vacuum pump


The RV rotary vane vacuum pump recommends that the pump change oil after the first 150 hours of operation. Change oil every 500 hours after work. At the same time as the oil change, the oil filter should be replaced. If the oil is contaminated black, emulsified, thickened, it should be changed in time. And clean the pump before adding new oil.


3, RV type rotary vane vacuum pump replacement exhaust filter


If the pump temperature rises significantly, the motor current reaches or exceeds the rated current, and there is soot on the pump exhaust port, check whether the exhaust filter is clogged. If it is blocked, it should be replaced in time. An exhaust pressure gauge can be installed at the pump filler hole to check if the filter is clogged. Replace the exhaust filter when the pressure exceeds 0.6 bar (gauge pressure).

The suction filter should be kept clean to avoid a drop in speed.


5. Storage of RV rotary vane vacuum pump


If the pump is left unused for a long period of time, drain the oil and clean the pump, then inject the specified new oil into a dry place.
