Divinyl ketone is an important chemical and pharmaceutical intermediate. Its chemical properties are active and unstable. When it meets water, inorganic acids and at higher temperatures, it is prone to violent reactions and even explosions. Divinyl ketone is also highly toxic. Therefore, it must be produced in a low-temperature, closed negative pressure system.
The whole process needs to be carried out at low temperature. As the operating temperature rises, the polymer will increase, which will affect the quality and consumption of finished products and even cause accidents. It is better to use rotary vane vacuum pump in view of the easily polymerized properties of divinylketone under heating.
The rotary vane vacuum pump is mainly composed of stator, rotor, rotary vane, fixed cover, spring and other parts. The structure is composed of two rotating blades which are attached to the inner wall of the stator by spring tension and centrifugal force and slide eccentrically in the stator cavity and rotor slot. When the rotor rotates, it always slides along the inner wall of the stator.
In the production of divinylketone, the use of rotary vane vacuum pump has achieved remarkable results, with better economic and technological value, and the yield of divinylketone refining has been significantly improved; the use cycle of pump has been prolonged, the number of pump washing has been significantly reduced; the residue has been reduced, the discharge is easy; the consumption of lubricating oil is low; the operation is easy and the operation is stable.
