Rotary Vacuum Pump Conveying Technology
In terms of clamping and conveying technology, what are the application aspects of vacuum technology?
It is absolutely incredible that modern production leaves vacuum clamping, transportation or transportation technology. Without this technology, how can we quickly and reliably stack cardboard, move glass boards, clamp wood parts to be milled, or load heavy items such as paper rollers, sacks or even bricks? Because of the wide application range of the clamping and conveying technology, the requirements for vacuum acquisition equipment are also varied. Rotary vane vacuum pump may be more suitable.
The principle of vacuum conveying and clamping technology is simple and unique: with the help of a suction cup, a vacuum adsorption plate or a vacuum adsorption platform, the object can be firmly clamped by applying negative pressure. This is the most effective way to move, transport or hold objects.
In the process of automatic production, taking furniture manufacturing as an example, parts move along the whole production line under the action of vacuum. Firstly, the board is fed into the initial processing machine by an automatic controller equipped with a vacuum adsorption device. The vacuum holds the board and the machine starts processing. After processing, another vacuum clamp conveys the product to the next process. At the end of the production line, an automatic control device automatically stacks furniture products packed in crates on pallets.
In the printing workshop, vacuum is often used to transport paper. Paper is sucked into the printer under vacuum. In the same vacuum, paper passes through each printing station one by one along the paper roll, and then stacks up after printing. Subsequently, under the same vacuum action, the paper is fed into all subsequent processing machines.
Practical application examples of rotary vane vacuum pump in material clamping and conveying process:
1.Automatic Material Transportation in Production Process
2.Palletizing - Palletizing of Packaged Products
3.Loading and unloading - ships, vehicles and other means of transport
5.Packaging - Packing of various products in cardboard boxes or other ways
6.Paper Feeding - Printing and Processing Machines in Printing Industry
7.Extraction and placement - electronics, food, parts packaging and other industries.
