Refractory furnace structure

Structure introduction:


The complete set of electric furnace equipment for smelting furnace includes medium frequency power supply cabinet, compensation capacitor, furnace body (two), water-cooled cable and reducer. The furnace body is composed of four parts: furnace shell, induction ring, furnace lining, tilting furnace reducer, etc. The furnace shell is made of non-magnetic materials, and the induction coil is a spiral cylinder made of rectangular hollow tube, which is filled with cooling water during smelting. The copper strip of the coil is connected with the water-cooled cable. The furnace lining is close to the induction ring and is made of quartz sand compacted and sintered. The tilting of the furnace body is directly turned by the reduction box of the tilting furnace. The tilting furnace reducer is a two-stage turbine with variable speed, good self-locking performance, stable and reliable rotation, and the tilting furnace can be seen in case of emergency power failure to avoid danger. The control of two tilting furnace reducer motors can be selected by the furnace selector switch. The switch box with four-core rubber wire enables the operator to stand in an appropriate position to control the tilting and reset of the furnace body. At present, the above mentioned mechanism is not used in melting furnaces with a capacity of more than 3 tons. The tilting furnace is mainly composed of hydraulic cylinder, and there are several evenly distributed imitation arc magnetic yoke outside the induction copper ring to prevent magnetic leakage. Using this method, the furnace shell does not need to be made of non-magnetic materials, the outside of the furnace shell is not hot. The process of tilting furnace with hydraulic tilting device is gentle and safe.



Working principle:


The melting furnace USES medium frequency power supply to set up medium frequency magnetic field, which makes the ferromagnetic material generate induced eddy current and generate heat, so as to achieve the purpose of heating the material. Cooling system:


The cooling system of the melting furnace consists of two parts: the cooling power supply and the furnace body. The power supply part includes each power supply device in the power supply cabinet and the power electrothermal capacitor group. The power supply part is composed of precision electrical components, and the cooling pipe is relatively thin. In order to prevent scaling inside the pipe and blocking the pipe, softened water or purified water is generally used.


Electric furnace and power supply adopt independent cooling device. Medium frequency power supply adopts fully enclosed cooling device, and furnace body adopts fully enclosed cooling device.


Two sets of independent cooling devices are used in the melting furnace to avoid mutual influence. Because the medium frequency power supply needs low temperature cooling water (pure water), the water outlet temperature should be controlled at 55° Within C, the cooling water temperature of the induction coil of the electric furnace can be slightly higher, which can improve the thermal efficiency of the electric furnace and reduce the volume of the cooling device, thus reducing the cost.
