1. Continuous furnace
Generally, continuous furnace has higher thermal efficiency than periodic intermittent furnace (such as heat treatment furnace), and less energy consumption per unit product, because continuous operation can save heat of refractory materials and heat-resistant steel members used for heating furnace body in the process of multiple heating; It can reduce heat loss through furnace door and hole during loading and unloading. It can also reduce the time and heat loss needed to clean the furnace and replace the atmosphere with controllable atmosphere. When the heating temperature is 900℃-950℃, the thermal efficiency of continuous furnace can reach 40%, while that of intermittent furnace is 30%.
2. Liquid bed stove
Fluidized bed furnace is a new type furnace based on fluidization and combined with heat treatment application. At the bottom of the heat-resistant furnace, a porous air distribution plate is placed, through which the gas enters into the furnace, and the solid particles in the furnace form a flow layer. Heat treatment furnace heating, cooling or chemical heat treatment in a fluidized bed.
The heat transfer coefficient of fluidized bed is much higher than that of air resistance furnace and salt bath furnace, and the heating is faster. Under the condition of the same equipment productivity, the heating in fluidized bed can reduce the single loss of workpiece and improve the thermal efficiency of heat treatment furnace. For example, the 75kW electric heating fluidized bed furnace with artificial graphite as the flow particle, when the working temperature is 800℃, compared with the salt bath furnace with the same power, the heating start time can be shortened by 80%, saving 73% of electricity; In the insulation stage can save 34% of electricity.
