Piston vacuum pump structure
The overall structure of the rotary piston vacuum pump and the structure of its main parts are analyzed and studied in depth. Some new structure types are put forward, such as pump integral structure according to row, body balance slide valve and eccentric wheel structure, low noise floating seal exhaust valve, double secondary cyclone oil vapor separator, etc. These new structures have remarkable effects on reducing vibration and noise, reducing and eliminating fuel injection, and improving the safety and reliability of pump operation.
Over the years, we have carried out many new explorations, attempts and studies on the integral structure of the piston vacuum pump and the structure of the main components, and achieved good results. It has a certain practical value and has been extended to the relevant pumps.

Vertical piston vacuum pump:
The structure of the piston vacuum pump has two types: vertical and horizontal. Vertical structure in the new design of the pump has rarely been used, but it also has its own characteristics: in the operation of the pump forward (backward) impact is relatively small, most of the impact in the upper and lower directions, the operation of the pump produced before and after the sloshing is very small. With this characteristic, vibration damping and vibration isolation can be effectively achieved by configuring suitable shock absorbers or damping pads.
The vibration test of the piston vacuum pump is carried out, and the vibration test data fully illustrate this point. In combination with the above situation, it is assumed that the motor and the oil-gas separator are respectively set at the front and back of the pump, designed as a knapsack type to reduce the center of gravity of the pump, and add damping pad at the bottom of the pump, which may become a future development direction of the vertical piston vacuum pump.
Horizontal piston vacuum pump:
General introduction of horizontal structure is considered to be of low center of gravity and small vibration, which is actually not the case. At present, the most commonly used structure is to install a tank above the horizontal pump body (built-in oil and gas separator), and then install a motor on the tank (Fig. 1), so that the area is small, but its overall center of gravity is increased, so the vibration of the pump is very unfavorable.
We adopt to enlarge the oil storage chamber of the horizontal pump body properly, change the oil-gas separator to the suspension type, and install the motor directly on the upper part of the pump body. The overall height of the pump can be reduced by about 1/3, thus forming.
The overall height of ultra-low structure, greatly reducing the center of gravity of the pump, to reduce vibration is very beneficial, such a structure can also make the pump inlet position from the side to the pump body above, reduce the oil splash at the pump inlet, conducive to the installation of the intake pipe; this structure can also make the pump exhaust valve cover plate exposed, favorable. Installation and maintenance of exhaust valves; suspended oil-gas separator gives us enough space to study and improve the structure of oil-gas separation. It is of great significance to save energy and reduce fuel injection, eliminate oil fumes and avoid environmental pollution.
In this paper, the overall structure layout of the piston vacuum pump and the structure of the main parts of the deep-seated analysis and discussion. Some new concepts are put forward, such as the overall layout of the ultra-low center of gravity of the pump, the structure of the outlet of the pump cavity under the pump body, the structure of removing the water barrier of the pump body and refitting the spiral coil cooler, the structure of the balance between the center of mass of the slide valve and the eccentric wheel and the rotation center of the pump, the low noise floating seal exhaust valve. Double two cyclone type separator and oil mist eliminator. These new structures are conducive to reducing the vibration and noise of the pump, eliminating fuel injection and soot, and improving the safety and reliability of the pump operation.
The modified piston vacuum pump has excellent and reliable performance, high efficiency oil-gas separation device, can work continuously under high pressure (low vacuum field), low noise, low vibration, low consumption design, is very conducive to the cleaning of the tank and the maintenance of the exhaust valve, will become an excellent energy-saving product.
