Operating instructions for valves with actuator
The driving device has pneumatic, hydraulic, electric, electromagnetic and other energy to open and close the vacuum valve.
1. Operation of vacuum valve driven by electric device
When the electric device is pneumatically operated, the start button on the electrical panel should be pressed, and the motor will start immediately, and the vacuum ball valve will be opened. At a certain time, the motor will stop running automatically, and there will be an indicator light on the electrical panel to open. If the valve is closed, the close button on the electrical panel should be pressed, and the valve will run towards the closing direction. At a certain time, the valve will be fully closed It will light up to turn off the lights. When the valve is in operation, the signal lamp which is in the intermediate state of opening or closing shall indicate accordingly. The valve indication signal is consistent with the actual action and can be closed tightly and opened, indicating that the electric device is normal.
If the valve is not fully open, or the valve is not fully open, it means that the signal is not turned on normally. At this time, it is necessary to check the cause, repair and re Commission. Re commissioning can refer to the operation manual of electric device.
When the valve handle is turned to the clockwise direction, the valve should be closed when the handle is turned clockwise or the valve is not closed in time.
The reverse button cannot be pressed during the operation of the electric device. If the misoperation needs to be corrected, the stop button should be pressed first and then started.
2. Start up, operation of hydraulic valve
When the valve is closed, the control valve of the upper pipe is opened to let the compressed air enter the upper part of the cylinder block, so that the piston can drive the valve rod downward to close the valve. On the contrary, close the inlet valve of the upper pipe of the cylinder, open its return valve, and open the control valve of the pipeline at the lower part of the cylinder, so that the compressed air can enter the lower part of the cylinder block, so that the piston can drive the valve rod upward to open the valve.
There are also normally open and normally closed pneumatic valves. Normally open indicates that there is a gas pipe in the upper part of the piston and a spring in the lower part. When it is necessary to close, open the air pipe control valve to make the compressed air enter the upper part of the cylinder to compress the spring and close the valve. When the ball valve is to be opened, open the circuit valve, the gas is discharged, and the spring is reset to open the valve. The normally closed start valve is just opposite to the normally open valve. The spring is in the upper part of the piston and the air pipe is in the lower part of the cylinder. After opening the control valve, the compressed air enters the cylinder and the valve opens.
When the starting actuator is put into operation for the first time, the reciprocating circulation action should be carried out to make the piston sealing ring run in unexpectedly and without leakage.
Whether the valve driven by pneumatic and hydraulic devices operates normally can be reflected from the position of the valve stem up and down and the signal feedback on the control panel. If the valve is not closed tightly, the adjusting nut at the bottom of the cylinder can be adjusted down to eliminate the problem.
If it is expected that the hydraulic device fails and needs to be opened or closed in time, manual operation should be adopted. There is a pneumatic device, in the upper part of the cylinder, there is a ring rod connected with the valve stem. When the valve fails to move pneumatically, a lever is needed to cover the ring. Lifting the ring is to open and pressing the ring is to close. This kind of manual mechanism is very laborious and can only solve the temporary difficulties. The existing pneumatic valve with manual valve, under normal conditions, the handle on the manual mechanism is in the pneumatic position. When the origin fault or air flow is interrupted, first cut off the origin path, open the cylinder circuit valve, and pull the handle of the manual mechanism from the pneumatic position to the manual position. At this time, open and close the nut and turn the hand wheel to open and close the valve.
3. Operation of electromagnetic valve
Press the start button to open the valve at any time under the drive of electromagnetic force. When the power supply is cut off, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the valve disc is closed with the help of fluid pressure or spring pressure.
Generally, the valve with drive is labor-saving and convenient to operate, but this requires the operator to know the structure and principle of the driving device, fully understand the operation specifications, and have the ability to operate independently and deal with accidents.
