There are many industries that can use NASH products to improve our environment. In environmental applications, ventilation is a very necessary process.

NASH vacuum pumps provide the pumping pressure needed to drain wastewater and clean the sewer network.
The NASH liquid ring pump pumps biogas from the top of the tank and recycles it to improve mixability and reaction speed. The working fluid of the pump cools methane by absorbing compressed heat, providing an almost isothermal working mode, prolonging the service life of downstream valves, burners and motors, and reducing maintenance costs. The working fluid of the pump is also used as a fire-proof device, which reduces the cost of explosion-proof. The polluted gas is filtered through the water ring and partially dried. In this way, the gas is oxidized and returned to the wastewater treatment process.
Vacuum plus water
NASH liquid ring pump is a part of vacuum water supply system. Through its use, it can collect, transfer and treat wastewater in all regions reliably. Because of its high vacuum performance, the transfer of wastewater is easy, even on the upstream.
The number of microorganisms produced by activated sludge tank and sedimentation tank is stable in the sewage treatment tower, which is used to produce biogas. Complete mixing of sludge can increase gas production and shorten the time in the reactor. In this process, biogas is extracted from the top of the sewage treatment tower, compressed in the NASH compressor, and re-introduced through the bottom nozzle.
Wastewater purification/activated sludge tank oxidation
In order to reduce the space requirement and the cost of wastewater treatment equipment, the number of activated sludge tanks is increasing. Oxygen is extremely important for wastewater treatment. Our NASH compressor provides the compression pressure required to produce Zui high oxygen production. For small, dispersed or mobile equipment, air-circulation fans are an economical choice for Zui.
Fish pond ventilation
Blowing wind into fish ponds can greatly improve the quality of life of fish. By using NASH air-circulation fan or liquid-circulation pump, the oxygen content of water can be greatly increased, which can double or even triple the number of fish cultured in fish ponds. Heat generated by fans or pumps can also be used to regulate water temperature. Oxygen contained in water can greatly accelerate the growth and reproduction of fish, and greatly increase production.
Garbage produces gas recovery (biogas)
Such uses include gases generated by waste decomposition, usually in garbage. Vegetable waste also decomposes, so that the gas produced can be recovered. This is a very basic way. Simply put, it is to drill holes at various points in the garbage and place the holed pipeline into the holes. A NASH vacuum pump or, if the pressure is higher than atmospheric pressure, a NASH compressor can be used to compress the gas and transfer it to a natural gas engine to drive the generator. The gas can also be used directly to generate electricity, or as fuel for boilers or furnaces. The gas can also be cleaned, dirty gas removed, and sold to industrial systems.
Biogas Recovery (Biogas)
Civil or industrial waste is decomposed in mud or tanks. NASH compressor is used to compress the gas into the injection device and then into the tank to provide heat and agitate the mud to keep it expanding continuously and to encourage microorganisms to eat the decomposition or mud. NASH compressors are also used to recover gases and press them into natural gas engines to drive generators to generate electricity, or to fuel boilers or furnaces.
