Maintenance of single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump
Single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump is also called XD rotary vane vacuum pump. Today, this article will give you a detailed introduction of the single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump operating maintenance points.
I. vacuum pump oil of rotary vane vacuum pump:
Generally, the rotary vane vacuum pump should use rotary vane vacuum pump oil in accordance with sh0528-92 standard. Ambient temperature at 10 ℃ to 40 ℃ ISO ~ VG100 viscosity grade of rotary vane vacuum pump oil. Environment temperature 0 ℃ ~ 10 ℃ when using ISO VG32 ~ viscosity grade of vacuum pump oil. When the vacuum pump is running, the oil level must be at 1/2 to 4/5 of the height of the oil window. Check oil level and oil contamination frequently (recommended once a week). If the oil level is too low, the rotary vane vacuum pump should be added to the appropriate vacuum pump oil to 4/5 of the height of the oil window. If the oil will be blackened, emulsified, thickened and should be replaced in time.
Ii. Time of replacement of vacuum pump oil and oil filter by rotary vane vacuum pump:
Rotary vane vacuum pump recommended that the pump after the first working 150 hours after oil change. Change oil every 500 hours after work. The oil filter should be replaced at the same time. If the oil is blackened, emulsified and thickened, it should be replaced in time. Clean the pump before adding new oil.
Iii. Cleaning and oil changing procedures:
1. Stop rotating disc vacuum pump to remove the hot oil.
2. Turn the upper drain plug for 5-10 seconds.
3. Drain off the oil.
4. Inject cleaning oil (no. 32 ordinary mechanical oil) to 3/4 of the height of the oil window.
5. Operate rotary vane vacuum pump for 5~10 minutes.
Stop the pump and let the oil out. If the oil cannot meet the requirements, repeat steps 4 and 5.
7. Turn the oil plug and run 5-10 bills.
Drain the oil.
9. Inject the specified new rotary vane vacuum pump oil.
Iv. Replace the exhaust filter:
If the pump temperature is significantly increased, the motor current reaches or exceeds the rated current, and there is oil smoke at the pump outlet, check whether the exhaust filter is blocked, if it is blocked, replace it in time. The exhaust pressure gauge can be installed at the pump fuel hole to check whether the filter is blocked. Replace the exhaust filter when the pressure exceeds 0.6bar(table pressure).
V. clean the suction filter screen:
The suction strainer should be kept clean so as not to slow down.
Vi. Storage method:
If the pump is not used for a long period of time, the oil should be drained and cleaned, and then injected with the specified new oil in the dry place.
