Steam vacuum is normally used for vacuum chips extraction from the roof of vacuum tower of atmospheric and vacuum distillation equipment at home and abroad. Due to the small maintenance workload and high reliability of steam vacuum chips, since the end of the 1970s, all overseas atmospheric and vacuum distillation equipment has tried to replace the first-stage steam jet pump with mechanical vacuum chips. In 1976, the first liquid ring vacuum pump was lost in Houston ARCO Alcohol Company, and achieved good motivation. At that time, many alcohol companies such as United Oil, Amoco, Texaco, Exxon, Shell and other disorders continued to transform vacuum crumbs of atmospheric and vacuum distillation equipment, which received excellent benefits, and capital injection could be announced in more than one year.
Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump Working Principle
Working principle of liquid ring vacuum pump. When the impeller is rotated clockwise, the water is thrown around by the impeller. Under the action of centripetal force, an open water ring of equal thickness is formed. The lower inner name of the water ring is tangent to the impeller wheel, and the upper inner name is in contact with the top of the blade. At this time, the impeller wheel and water ring constitute a one-month conodont space, which is divided into several small cavities with appropriate number of blades by the impeller. When the lower 0o of the impeller is used as the end, the volume of the 180o small chamber increases from small to large before the impeller is rotated, and it is connected with the suction port on the end face. At this time, the gas is absorbed. When the small chamber at the end of the suction is separated from the suction port, the volume of the small chamber becomes smaller and smaller. When the small chamber and the exhaust port are connected, the gas is discharged out of the pump.
Since the impeller is biased in absolute respect of the revolving liquid ring, the liquid stops the water ring vacuum pump reciprocally in the space between the blades, which has the effect of suction and contraction on the pumping medium. In the suction time, the liquid ring is gradually away from the wheel, the pump medium is sucked from the suction port along the axis at the exhaust time, the liquid ring is gradually approaching the wheel, the pump medium is discharged from the exhaust port along the axis, and the liquid is continuously sucked, thus reaching the policy of vacuum pumping.
Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump Introduction
The complete equipment of liquid-ring vacuum pump is composed of liquid-ring vacuum pump, motor, freezer, gas-water contact tank, gas, water pipeline and measuring device components.
On the roof of the vacuum tower, the third-class oil and gas are sucked by the personnel of the liquid-ring vacuum pump, discharged into the gas-liquid contact tank under the action of the liquid-ring vacuum pump, and completed the water-gas connection in the gas-liquid contact tank. During the connection tank, oil and gas are fed into the industrial pressure gas chips under the action of micro-positive pressure, while water is fed into the working liquid ICER through the gas-water contact tank, and the heat of the work breakout is taken away by the ice water through the heat exchanger, and the working liquid flows through the cooled tank. When the water level in the gas-water contact tank is lower than the set value, the solenoid valve of the water level valve opens to make up the water in the chip finer than the set value, and the solenoid valve of the water level valve opens to drain the chip finer outside, while the surrounding level valve plays a stop-control role in the water supply and drainage.
In order to ensure the shaking of the liquid ring vacuum pump and its subsequent fine work, the inlet exhaust pressure of the vacuum pump, the suction pressure of the suction personnel and the flow rate of the working fluid should continue to be reasonably mastered.
1) The vacuum roof oil and gas imported from the liquid ring vacuum pump are merged into the light hydrocarbon recovery chip of the equipment together with the atmospheric tower roof oil and gas, while the deformation operation pressure of the atmospheric roof heating tank is 0.03 MPa (table). In order to ensure that the gas in the atmospheric and vacuum roof is under the equal pressure title and manned by the compressor personnel, the pressure of the liquid ring vacuum pump import must not be greater than 0.04 MPa (table), so as to prevent the fine hair of the atmospheric tower and light hydrocarbon recovery chip. There is no need to bend.
2) In order to ensure the vacuum degree of the vacuum roof is quiet, the liquid ring vacuum pump sets up the gas phase inlet return process. When the vacuum degree of the chip is too high and the adiabatic pressure reaches 0.015 MPa, the pressure transmitter reacts to control the opening of the pneumatic regulating valve to control the chip size, so that the chip size adheres to the planned vacuum degree, and the same sound also prevents the oscillation of the organism caused by the excessive vacuum degree.
3) If the working fluid of the liquid ring vacuum pump is too small and the working fluid heat is too high, the suction capacity and vacuum degree will rise obviously. Therefore, it is necessary to master the appropriate working fluid circulation flow to ensure the deformation of the vacuum pump.
In addition, the remaining ice-forming water should be supplied to the mechanically sealed thermosiphon tank, and the liquid level in the thermosiphon tank should be checked carefully so as to prevent the mechanical seal from drying.
