Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump with Coal Mine
Liquid-ring vacuum pump plays an important role in coal mine. Liquid-ring vacuum pump and compressor are used to suck or press gas and other non-corrosive, water-insoluble and solid-free gases. Liquid-ring vacuum pump is used to form vacuum or pressure in sealed container, so as to meet the requirements of specific process. Small amounts of liquids are allowed in inhaled or pressurized gases.

Because in the working process, the compression of this kind of pump to gas is carried out under isothermal condition, so it is not easy to occur danger when pressing or sucking flammable and explosive gas, so its application is more extensive. Therefore, it has great application value to analyze the causes of scaling and preventive measures of liquid ring vacuum pump.
The liquid ring vacuum pump and compressor system are composed of vacuum pump (compressor), coupling, motor, steam-water separator and pipeline. The working process of vacuum pump, compressor and steam-water main device is as follows: gas enters vacuum pump or compressor through pipeline through valve, then discharges into steam-water separator through air guide elbow, and discharges through exhaust pipe of steam-water separator. When used as a compressor, the vapor-water mixture discharged by the compressor is separated in the vapor-water separator, and the gas is conveyed to the system requiring compression through the valve, while the water remains in the vapor-water separator. The water level in the vapor-water separator is adjusted by the automatic overflow switch. When the water level is higher than the required level, the overflow switch opens and the water overflows from the overflow pipe when the water level is low. When the water level is required, the overflow switch is closed and the water level in the steam-water separator rises to the required water level.
The working fluid in a vacuum pump or compressor is supplied by a vapor-water separator (or tap water), and the size of the water supply is adjusted by the valve on the water supply pipe. The difference between gas suction and pressure delivery systems is only that the internal structure of the steam-water separator is different. When sucking gas, the suction port pressure is lower than the atmospheric pressure, while the exhaust port pressure is equal to the atmospheric pressure, and the steam-water separator only has overflow pipe; when pressurizing gas, the suction port is atmospheric pressure (or vacuum state), and the exhaust port pressure is higher than an atmospheric pressure. In order to ensure the pressure of transporting gas, the water level of the steam-water separator is controlled by the overflow switch.
