Helium mass spectrometer leak detector is based on the different workpiece, it uses different leak detection methods. The leakage of products is usually caused by the imperfect connection and welding of various parts during assembly. The typical ones are electric welding (argon arc welding), brazing (brazing), tin welding, glass / metal sealing, metal / ceramic sealing, O-ring and other sealing rings, compound (adhesive) sealing connection, etc.
Leakage due to defects in the vessel wall or because the vessel wall is too thin is another type. This kind of virtual leakage often causes problems to the vacuum system.
