Kerosene vapor phase drying equipment advantages
1. The temperature of the dryer is uniform.
Because the heat released during kerosene vapor condensation is used for heating, the lower the temperature, the more intense the condensation is, that is, the greater the heat released, so the temperature of the body is uniform.
2. High heating temperature.
In the process of coal-oil-gas coherent drying, the body is always in vacuum, and the aging process of insulation material is very slow. Compared with hot air circulation vacuum drying, the heating temperature can be increased by about 30 degrees Celsius, reaching 130 degrees Celsius.
3. Fast drying speed.
The body is always in vacuum, and the effluent process runs through the whole drying cycle. At the same time, as the temperature of the body increases, the diffusion coefficient of moisture in the insulating material increases, which shortens the drying cycle.
4. It has cleaning effect on the body.
After kerosene vapor condenses into liquid, it can clean the inside and outside of the transformer body, which has unique advantages in dealing with the repaired transformer. The surface of the transformer body after treatment is clean, and there is no grease and stain.

1. Waterfall evaporator
The waterfall evaporator system is a new technology recently applied by Zui in coal-oil-gas coherent drying, which adopts built-in drying tank. The main features are: simple structure. It is safe and reliable. Because kerosene is vaporized in the drying tank, kerosene liquid is transported in the kerosene pipeline, and only 5% kerosene is stored in the compensation tank, which greatly improves the safety. At the same time, continuous distillation and purification of kerosene mixed with transformer oil can be carried out automatically.
2. Reliable endpoint judgement.
For the end-point judgment, we consider that the imported water vapor partial pressure gauge is more expensive and increases the user's burden, while the performance of domestic micro-water gauge is not stable. We use the comparative method to judge the end-point, and the operation procedure is automatically carried out at the end of drying. This method is successful and accurate.
