Introduction to roots water ring unit
JZJP2B series Roots water ring unit is a pumping unit composed of ZJ type roots pump as the main pump, 2BV series water ring pump or Roots-Water ring unit as the front pump. In addition to pumping out general gases, it can also suck gas containing water, organic solvents or a small amount of dust. Compared with the general mechanical vacuum pump, it is not afraid of oil pollution, not afraid of water gas and micro dust, but compared with the ordinary water ring vacuum pump, it has the characteristics of high vacuum and high pumping speed in high vacuum condition.

Because of the use of high efficiency and energy saving 2BV series water ring pump for the front stage pump, so JZJP2B series of vacuum units have higher efficiency, compact structure and no leakage than JZJ2S series (2BV pump is a mechanical seal design, different from 2SK series plate seal), corrosion resistance (2BV using aluminum bronze Ye Lun), high protection grade and so on.
When the working fluid in the front stage pump is changed into oil, the ultimate vacuum degree of the roots vacuum unit can be effectively improved. The roots oil ring unit is closed circuit system, which can reduce pollution and save water. Roots oil ring vacuum unit is widely used in vacuum impregnation, vacuum drying, vacuum degassing and so on.
The working fluid of the front stage pump can also use organic solvents (such as methanol, ethanol, xylene, aniline, acetone and other organic solvents) or other liquids. The front pump is used as a closed circuit system, which greatly reduces the pollution to the environment and greatly improves the recovery of organic solvents. The ultimate vacuum degree is determined by the saturated vapor pressure of the working fluid.
Selection of roots water ring vacuum unit:
In general, the selection of the roots vacuum unit is more favorable than the other vacuum pumps. This is mainly because it can remove a large amount of condensable steam, especially when the gas seal mechanical vacuum pump is not able to remove condensable steam, or the use of solvent can make the pump oil worse and affect the performance, or It is more obvious when the vacuum system does not allow oil pollution. In the selection of vacuum units, the ultimate vacuum degree of the vacuum unit is generally higher than the half of the working vacuum level to more than one order of magnitude to achieve the best use, that is, the working pressure is more than the limit pressure * (5~10).
