Installation method of water - ring vacuum pump water - steam separator
Water ring vacuum pump is a kind of coarse vacuum pump, in use of it is often used with steam separator to match, to play its biggest role, this paper introduces the steam separator installation method.
I. pipeline installation of pump and soda separator:
The exhaust pipe of the pump should be connected with the most qian of the soda separator. When used as a compressor, the exhaust pipe of the soda separator should be connected with the system using compressed air. If no exhaust pipe is set up during vacuum extraction, the gas is discharged directly to the atmosphere by the vent on the separator. If it is to be discharged outside, the separator's vent can be led out through the pipe.
Valves shall be installed on the pump inlet pipe for control to prevent the working fluid in the pump from returning to the system due to the vacuum suction of the system when stopping. When used as a compressor, if there is pressure in the exhaust pipe, the valve should also be installed on the exhaust pipe of the steam separator.
Ii. Installation of soda water separator:
The steam separator is installed on the foundation according to the outline drawing. If you must change the installation location, should pay attention to the connection line shoulds not be too long separator, turning shoulds not be too eager, or loss of water and gas flow in the pipeline will increase, thereby increasing the pump to the exhaust pressure, thus reducing the volume and the vacuum degree, increases the power consumption.
Iii. Adjustment structure:
The water ring vacuum pump is used to adjust the vacuum and air volume through the valve installed in the inlet pipe on the inlet pipe road. When used as a compressor, valves mounted on the exhaust line can be used to adjust the pressure of the compressor.
When the compressed gas because of its use conditions are not allowed to discharge, shall be equipped with airway between intake pipe and exhaust pipe, valve diameter and the diameter of the same, in order to adjust the volume and the maximum pressure.
