1 > Should be placed on flat ground or cement platform. The furnace base should be padded with asbestos board to prevent the table from being overheated. The controller should avoid vibration, and should not be placed too close to the furnace, so as to prevent the overheating of the electronic components from working properly. 2 > According to the rated voltage of high temperature furnace, suitable power plugs, sockets, fuses, etc. The outer shell of the furnace is connected with the outer shell of the controller, and a thick rubber plate is laid on the ground in front of the high temperature furnace to avoid danger and ensure safety. The thermocouple shall be inserted into the center of the furnace, and the gap between the hole and the thermocouple shall be filled with asbestos rope. It is better to connect thermocouples and controllers with compensating conductors (or insulated copper core wires), and pay attention to the positive and negative poles.

3 > When the high temperature furnace is first used or used again after long-term shutdown, it must be pre-baked. Different types of high temperature furnaces have different drying time. The oven drying time of box type high temperature furnace is: room temperature ~ 200 1h, 200 ~ 500 2h, 500 ~ 800 3h, 800 ~ 1200 2h. The oven drying time of box type high temperature furnace is: room temperature ~ 200 4h, 200 ~ 600 4h. The furnace temperature shall not exceed the rated temperature in use.

4 > When the sample is burned or melted in a high temperature furnace, the sample must be placed in a high temperature-resistant ceramic crucible or ceramic dish, and the operating conditions must be strictly controlled to prevent splashing, corrosion and bonding of the sample liquid due to excessive temperature. A piece of asbestos board should be placed at the bottom of the furnace, and the slag, metal oxides or other impurities on the asbestos board should be clear in time to protect the smooth and clean hearth.

5 > Silicon carbon rods used in high temperature box resistance furnace can be aged naturally in the process of using, and can be adjusted to the highest level step by step. If the calorific value is insufficient (that is, the power can not reach the rated value), new silicon carbon rods should be replaced.

6 > When putting crucibles, crucibles, etc. into the furnace, do not touch the thermocouple, because the hot contact of the thermocouple that extends into the furnace is easy to break at high temperature. 7 > After burning, the power supply should be cut off immediately, but the furnace door should not be opened immediately, so as to avoid the furnace cracking due to sudden cold. Generally, a small crack is opened to make the furnace temperature drop quickly, then the door is opened and the burned object is taken out with crucible clamp.

8 > It is necessary to raise the temperature gradually by increasing the voltage. The furnace temperature should not exceed the maximum temperature to avoid burning down the electric heating elements. In the process of using, we should always take care to prevent accidents such as wire burning due to failure of self-control. After use, cut off the power supply and close the furnace door to avoid damp erosion of the furnace.

9 > Flammable and explosive articles should not be stored around the high temperature furnace, let alone burning explosive dangerous articles in the furnace.
