The following batch melting furnaces are manufactured by CM and are widely used in glass melting and glass melting processes. Because of its excellent uniformity, box furnace configuration is the most common so far.
CM-1600 series for glass melting - temperature range is 1600C (2900F). CM-1600 represents our fast temperature glass melting production line and can provide front and rear loading box furnace configuration. All of our bottom loading furnaces can be lifted and lifted for easy unloading. After the door is opened, it can enter the chamber on three sides, making the crucible operation safer and faster. The size of the storage room is 6 to 16 cubic inches or customized.
CM-1700 Fast Temperature Series - As a glass melting furnace, 1700 Series extends the temperature range to 1700C (3100F) by using a high purity alumina fiber graded insulation package. Options for top and bottom loaders, as well as gas seals, thermal cycles and dedicated control systems
CM-1800 Fast Temperature Series-1800 Glass Melting Furnace uses Kanthal Super 1900 Molybdenum Silicide Heating Element to extend the temperature range to 180 C (310 degree F), providing fast heating rate and long service life in oxidizing atmosphere. These components are not limited by the normal watt load and are not affected by thermal shock, so the heating rate is limited only by the power supply capacity. The resistivity of these elements remains constant for a long time without aging, so it is possible to replace a single element without matching resistance values.
