In recent years, many staff engaged in food processing and oil technology research have tried to use chemical methods and various antioxidants to inhibit the increase of acid value and peroxide value. The physical adsorption and precise filtration method can suppress the increase of acid value and peroxide value, which is more suitable for food processing safety and convenience.
In recent years, frying oil filters have been developed at home and abroad, which is one of the typical representatives.
