Daily Maintenance of Pressure Sintering Furnace
In the use of pressure sintering furnace, if it is not regularly maintained, then its service life will not be very long, then how long is the maintenance cycle of pressure sintering furnace? In fact, most of the stoves are overhauled every year.
After repairing the pressure sintering furnace, vacuum leak detection must be carried out in order to dry the furnace. Before drying in pressure sintering furnace, the insulation of vacuum furnace can be detected by 1000V shaking table, which is not less than 2M. Vacuum oven drying can be divided into three stages:
(1) The water discharge period is 0-200℃, which is the water discharge period in the insulation layer of pressure sintering furnace and the moisture discharge period in the vacuum furnace body. The vacuum degree of vacuum furnace must be checked, and the holding time is longer. (2) The temperature range of the pressure sintering furnace body with large gas discharge is generally about 500 (?) C. Because the vacuum furnace has large gas discharge, the temperature rise at this time does not exceed 50 ℃/h.
(3) The insulation period is about 1200℃. When heating is increased by 100-200℃, it is necessary to keep the insulation for a period of time. If the heating is too fast, the insulation layer will be damaged easily and the exhaust of vacuum furnace will not be complete.
The pressure sintering furnace should be checked regularly at the initial stage of service after repairing. The surface temperature of the pressure sintering furnace and the actual temperature of the furnace after using should be checked whether they are consistent (checking and calibrating the vacuum gauge, temperature controller, thermocouple, voltmeter and ammeter regularly), and whether the three-phase heater has the phenomenon of overheating damage, uneven temperature or whitening, etc. When the capacity of three-phase high temperature vacuum furnace and vacuum resistance furnace exceeds 100 kW, ammeters should be installed in each phase and heating area. It is found that the temperature and instrument indication of pressure sintering furnace are abnormal, and timely analysis and treatment are needed.
Pressure sintering furnace maintenance:
First, pay attention to maintenance. The working capacity and working period of pressure sintering furnace, like other machines, are determined by maintaining and maintaining the normal work of the main parts. We should regularly inspect the pressure sintering furnace, and we must not be careless. After using for a period of time, the number of checks can be reduced appropriately, but they must be checked regularly. For machinery with high working intensity, it should be inspected regularly as a whole.
Second, in order to ensure the normal use of machinery, do not delay the construction period. Reminds the use enterprise in the warehouse often reserves the easy wear spare parts. Fragile parts are usually heavy workload. Operators must observe carefully in use and put forward abnormalities in time to ensure safe operation.
Thirdly, before using pressure sintering furnace, it must be carefully checked before it can be used. Non-professionals are prohibited from operating equipment. Attention should be paid to the sequence of operation. The maintenance of pressure sintering furnace and lubrication of equipment connection and bearing should not be changed.
