Check whether the power supply voltage is too low and whether the electrical wiring is reliable. 3. the reason why the vacuum pump is not enough is that the motor power supply is insufficient, the water supply is insufficient and the clearance between the impeller and the distribution plate is too large. The mechanical seal damage leads to the leakage of water, and the impeller wear too much circulation water can not be discharged. Check whether the power supply voltage of the water ring vacuum pump is in the rated voltage range of the motor; increase the water supply (must be controlled in the correct range, otherwise it will lead to overloading of the motor); the clearance between the impeller and the distribution board (generally in 0.15-0.20mm); the replacement of the mechanical seal; the replacement of the impeller; and the inspection of the pipe of the outlet.
