Closed Cycle Water Ring Vacuum System can be installed optionally

Now we introduce the principle of the accessories that can be installed in the Closed Cycle Water Ring Vacuum System.


1. Vacuum check valve for suction port. In order to prevent backflow when vacuum pump/compressor shuts down, it is necessary to install vacuum check valve or pneumatic valve at the inlet of the pump.


2. Inhalation vacuum gauge or pressure sensor. In order to observe the pressure of the suction port of the pump conveniently, a vacuum meter can be installed in the suction port of the pump. If the control action is required according to the suction pressure, the pressure sensor should be installed in the suction port of the pump.


3. Inhalation filter. If foreign matter may enter the pump in the system and pipeline, filters or filters should be installed in the suction port of the pump.


4. Separator overflow. The surplus working fluid can be discharged from the gas-liquid separator.


5. Separator rehydration port. If the working fluid is insufficient, the working fluid can be properly supplemented from the rehydration port.


6. Separator level gauge. The liquid level in the separator can be observed. If the automatic control of the liquid level is needed, the liquid level meter with signal output, automatic overflow or rehydration device should be installed.


7. Separator pressure gauge. If pressure may occur in the separator, pressure gauges should be installed on the separator.


8. Thermometer. If it is necessary to observe the inlet temperature of working fluid, a thermometer should be installed in the working fluid pipeline.


9. Working fluid booster pump. If the working fluid supply of the pump is insufficient or the resistance of the working pipeline is large, the working fluid booster pump can be installed.


10. Working fluid control valve. If the supply of working fluid may be too large, the control valve should be installed in the working fluid pipeline.


11. Cavitation protection pipeline. If the suction pressure of the vacuum pump is close to the saturated vapor pressure of the working fluid, the cavitation protection pipeline should be installed between the vacuum pump and the separator.


12. When used as a compressor, balance pipes and corresponding valve accessories shall be installed between suction and exhaust pipes of the compressor.


13. Stop valves for suction pipeline, exhaust pipeline and working fluid pipeline. If the liquid ring vacuum pump/compressor is designed to be used in parallel with several pumps, when the separator is shared, the cut-off valve should be installed in the suction pipe, exhaust pipe and working fluid pipe.


14. Exhaust condenser. Condensers can be installed at the outlet of the gas-liquid separator if it is necessary to collect or recover condensable gases from the exhaust port.


15. If there are other special requirements, the corresponding accessories can be installed.
