5. The nitrogen preheating system is installed in the slag cleaning room. Due to the high temperature in the slag cleaning room, these high temperatures need to be discharged to the outdoor when not in use, resulting in certain energy loss. Now our Evergrande furnace can be cleaned by slag chamber preheating nitrogen to 350-400 ℃, the internal installation of radiator and the nitrogen cycle, indirectly reduce the energy consumption of heating when nitrogen brazing furnace.
6. For the energy-saving design of nitrogen, the loss of nitrogen mainly lies in the import and export. How to ensure the loss of nitrogen is the key to saving nitrogen. Traditional design will make the metal curtain on both sides of the nitrogen overflow, metal curtain in the long-term use will roll, can not achieve the desired effect. Now our company inserts metal curtain and high temperature polyester cloth from the top and other measures to make both sides of the furnace body and metal curtain seam closer, metal curtain will curl after long-term use, but we also have high temperature polyester cloth, will also prevent nitrogen overflow.
7. Fully automatic electrical control system, manual and automatic switching mode is preset in the program, which can accurately record the temperature curve of each area and copy the computer to use EXCEL for analysis. For brazing furnace program control, set the required heating time is very convenient, help to protect the furnace. According to the different temperature requirements of different products, it has the function of one-key switching process products. The touch screen can monitor all kinds of circuits, motors, temperature controllers and inverters in real time, detect and alarm in time, and display and store in Chinese.
8. When equipped with network cable, the remote control function can be connected to the touch screen in real time through computers, mobile phones and other devices. It can be viewed or manipulated remotely. It can also be used for remote maintenance. The main components of the brazing furnace can also be viewed on the video screen.
