Aluminum alloy ageing furnace is cycle operation type resistance furnace, mainly for aluminum alloy castings aging treatment after quenching treatment, also available for other artifacts in the air at below 300 ℃ heat treatment.


The furnace has good thermal cycle and even temperature.

The temperature control system adopts PID zero crossing trigger SCR, high precision, intelligent meter temperature control, the furnace stability is good, over temperature alarm dual control, to ensure that the workpiece is not over temperature.

Each mechanical transmission part of the electric furnace adopts interlocking control and operation.

Structure:


The structure of electric furnace is composed of furnace body, heating device and control system.


The frame of the furnace body shell is formed by welding section steel, and the inner and outer walls are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, with small thermal deformation coefficient.


The furnace door and shell are also made of steel welded frame, the outer wall is also made of cold rolled steel plate, and the inner lining is also made of aluminum silicate refractory fiber needle-punched cotton as heat insulation material.


Heating element adopts heating belt, which is arranged on both sides of furnace respectively. Material is 0Cr25AL5 alloy belt. Long service life.


In order to ensure the stability and uniformity of the furnace, the electric furnace is equipped with a ventilator device (a complete set of purchased) and a wind guide system. The ventilator device is placed on the top of the furnace, and the fan is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant steel into a centrifugal fan blade. The air guide system is composed of a wind guide plate and a wind shield plate. When open the fan, the wind from the fan, the guide slot uniform wind blows to the heating elements on either side of the chamber of a stove or furnace, after a guide at the bottom of the wind deflector tuyere, blow to the chamber of a stove or furnace from a guide at the bottom of the fan outlet suction fan, flung out again...... and so on circulation, bringing the heat generated by the heater to inside the furnace, the workpiece heated evenly.


The system adopts PID zero - crossing trigger silicon - controlled, intelligent meter temperature control. Double control of over temperature alarm ensures that the workpiece is not over temperature.


Each mechanical transmission part of the electric furnace adopts interlocking control, that is, after the furnace door is opened, the fan device and the heating element power supply are automatically cut off. Only after the furnace door is closed in place, can the power supply of ventilator device and heating element be connected to prevent the failure and accident caused by wrong operation.


Aluminum alloy vertical quenching furnace is mainly used for rapid solid solution treatment of aluminum wheel hubs, aluminum castings and various aluminum alloy standard parts.


Features of aluminum alloy vertical quenching furnace:


1. High structure furnace type, top mounted heating element, easy to install and replace;


2. Strong high pressure fan, air volume is big, obvious effect, temperature difference of + / - 3 ~ 5 ℃;


3. Quenching transfer time can be adjusted within 5~10s without obvious oscillation and vibration.


The aluminum alloy quenching furnace is composed of heating furnace cover and movable bottom frame. A crane is mounted on the top of the square (or round) furnace cover. The furnace cover is supported by shaped steel with a pneumatic (or electric) operated door at the bottom. The bottom frame under the furnace cover can be moved and positioned along the track. In production, the basket on the bottom frame is moved to the bottom of the furnace cover, the furnace door is opened, the chain and hook are lowered to lift the basket into the furnace, and the furnace door is closed for heating. To quench, first move the sink on the bottom frame directly under the furnace cover, then open the furnace door, lower the chain, and quench the basket (workpiece) into water.


Application of aluminum alloy aging furnace: for aging heat treatment of aluminum alloy castings after solid solution treatment. Objective to reduce the stress concentration and deformation of aluminum alloy material.
