Aging therapy
When beryllium copper is heated in air or other oxidizing gases, the oxide film surface will occur, which will lead to increased wear of the oxide film in the cold die. In order to prevent oxidation, heating in vacuum furnace instead of in salt bath furnace, otherwise beryllium and intergranular corrosion will occur on the surface.
Copper alloys, the main object can be aging hardened copper beryllium.

After aging treatment, beryllium copper increases elasticity, strength and stiffness, and greatly improves tensile mildness.
