2XZ Rotary Vacuum Pump
The 2XZ rotary vacuum pump is used to remove the gas in a certain sealed container to make the container a basic equipment for a certain vacuum. Type 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump can extract the dry gas from the sealed container. If it is equipped with a gas holder, it can also extract a certain amount of condensable gas. But it is not suitable for the extraction of oxygen-rich, corrosive to metals, chemical reactions to pump oil, and gas containing particulate dust.
Rotary vane pump is one of the most basic vacuum acquisition equipment in vacuum technology. The rotary pump is mostly small and medium pump. The rotary blade pump has two kinds of single and double stages. The so-called two-stage, is the structure of the two single-stage pump in series. Generally made into two-stage, in order to obtain a higher vacuum. The relationship between the pumping speed and the inlet pressure is as follows: under the inlet pressure of 1333Pa, 1.33Pa and 1.33 * 10-1 (Pa), the pumping speed should not be less than 95%, 50% and 20% of the nominal pumping speed of the pump, respectively.
Rotary vane vacuum pump structure:
The rotary vane pump is mainly composed of pump body, rotor, rotary vane, end cover, spring, etc. A rotor is installed eccentrically in the cavity of the rotary pump, and the outer circle of the rotor is tangent to the surface of the pump (the two has a very small gap), and the two swirling pieces with springs are installed in the rotor slot. When rotating, the tip of the rotary blade keeps contact with the inner wall of the pump cavity by centrifugal force and spring tension, and the rotary rotor drives the rotary blade to slide along the inner wall of the pump cavity.
