Graphene electrooptic device
Graphene has a strong three order nonlinear effect. It has great potential in the fields of micro nano photonics, laser industry and biological imaging.
The researchers used the ion gel technique to prepare the graphene field effect transistor (GFET), and control the related quantum resonance transition channels one by one by controlling the carrier density and chemical potential in the wide range of graphene.
