4Cr13 Ring die heat treatment

The ring mold material of the granulator is 4Cr13 steel, and the heat treatment method includes quenching and twice tempering, wherein the quenching process is the temperature at which the carbide of M23C6 chromium starts to dissolve into the austenite, an increase in the holding time, and then the furnace is cooled to The conventional temperature is kept warm for short periods of time and then quenched in hot oil; the first is tempered at 250°C for 5 hours, the second is tempered at 200°C, and the holding time is 7 hours. It uses high-quality martensitic stainless steel as the ring mold material, which has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, long service life, and the lowest ton ring mold cost.
