I. Product Introduction
Disc continuous dryer is an efficient conductive continuous drying equipment. Its unique structure and working principle determine that it has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small area, simple configuration, convenient operation and control, and good operating environment. It is widely used in drying operations in chemical industry, medicine, pesticide, food, feed, agricultural and sideline products processing and other industries. It is well received in the use practice of various industries. At present, we are producing four types: atmospheric pressure, airtight and vacuum, 1200, 1500, 2200 and 3000, A (carbon steel), B (stainless steel in contact with materials), C (on the basis of B, adding stainless steel for steam pipeline, spindle and support, and stainless steel for cylinder body and cover top lining). Three kinds of materials, drying area 4-180 m2, a total of several hundred types of products, and can provide a variety of auxiliary equipment to meet the needs of users for drying various materials.
II. Working Principle
The wet material self-feeder is continuously added to the first layer drying plate of the upper part of the dryer. The rake arm with rake blade rotates to make the rake arm rotate to make the rake blade turn over the material continuously. Material flows through the surface of the drying tray along the exponential helix. Material on the small drying tray is transferred to the outer edge and falls to the outer edge of the large drying tray below. Material on the large drying tray moves inward and falls from the middle outlet into the following small drying tray. The large and small drying pans are arranged alternately up and down, so that the material can flow continuously through the whole dryer. A heating medium is introduced into the hollow drying plate, which is in the form of saturated steam, hot water and heat conducting oil. The heating medium enters from one end of the drying plate and is derived from the other end. The dried material falls from the last drying plate to the bottom of the shell, and is eventually transferred to the discharging port by the rake blade. The moisture escapes from the material and is discharged from the dehumidification outlet on the top cover. The moisture of the vacuum disk dryer is discharged from the vacuum pump outlet on the top cover. Dry materials discharged from the bottom can be packed directly. By adding fin heater, solvent recovery condenser, bag filter, dry material back mixing mechanism, induced draft fan and other auxiliary machines, the drying capacity can be improved, paste and heat sensitive materials can be dried, solvents can be easily recovered, and pyrolysis and reaction operation can be carried out.
III. Equipment Characteristics
(1) Easy regulation and strong applicability
The drying process is excellent by adjusting the thickness of material layer, spindle speed, the number of rake arms, the type and size of rake blades.
Each layer of drying tray can be heated or cooled separately by entering hot or cold media. The material temperature control is accurate and easy.
Residence time of materials can be adjusted accurately.
Material flow direction is single, no backmixing phenomenon, uniform drying, stable quality, no need to mix again.
(2) Easy to operate
The operation of starting and stopping the dryer is very simple.
After stopping feeding, the conveying material scale rake leaf can quickly empty the material in the dryer.
Through the special large inspection door mirror, the equipment can be very carefully cleaned and observed.
(3) Low energy consumption
The material layer is very thin, the spindle speed is low, the power required by the material transmission system is small, and the power consumption is low.
Drying by conductive heat has high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption.
(4) Good operating environment, recoverable solvents and dust discharge meet the requirements.
Atmospheric pressure type: Because of the low air velocity in the equipment and the high and low humidity distribution in the equipment, it is difficult for the dust to float to the top of the equipment, so the exhaust gas discharged from the top dehumidifier contains almost no dust.
Closed type: equipped with solvent recovery device, it can easily recover organic solvents in humid gas. Solvent recovery device is simple and the recovery rate is high. For flammable, explosive, toxic and oxidizable materials, nitrogen can be used as a wet gas for closed-circuit circulation to make it safe to operate. It is especially suitable for drying flammable, explosive and toxic materials.
Vacuum type: Disk dryer operated in vacuum is especially suitable for drying heat sensitive materials.
(5) Easy to install and occupy a small area
The dryer is manufactured as a whole and transported as a whole. It only needs to be hoisted and positioned, so it is very easy to install and locate.
