It is an innovative horizontal intermittent vacuum dryer.

 

 

The moisture of wet materials will evaporate through heat transfer. The agitator with blades will remove the material on the hot surface and move in the container to form a circulating flow. Evaporated water will be pumped through a vacuum pump.

 

 

1. Using large area heating method, the heat conduction area is large and the thermal efficiency is high.

 

2. Installing stirring in the machine makes the raw materials in the cylinder form a continuous circular state, which greatly improves the heating uniformity of the raw materials.

 

3. Installation of stirring in the machine can easily dry pulp, paste mixtures or powder raw materials.

 

 

The following raw materials can be dried from pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries.

 

1. Suitable for pasty, pasty mixtures or powder raw materials.
