1. Advanced and reasonable heating principle
The vacuum drying equipment of variable-pressure method is used to heat the product. The water vapor evaporated from the dried product in the vacuum drying tank is used as the heat transfer medium to conduct heat exchange between the heater and the dried product. This heating method is similar to the drying heating of coal-oil phase. Heating uniformity is very good, heating efficiency is high and stable.
2. High production efficiency
Drying a 110KV, 40000KVA transformer body, the process time is only about 50 hours, its production efficiency is close to the coal gas phase drying equipment.
3. Simple equipment configuration
Compared with the hot air circulating drying equipment, this kind of equipment cancels the hot air circulating system. From the equipment supporting the number of systems, simple configuration, greatly facilitate the operation and maintenance.
5. High degree of automation
Due to its clear process line, clear and simple control, is conducive to the whole process of drying automatic control, and the reliability of automatic control is high.
