IHF single-stage single-suction fluoroplastic alloy chemical centrifugal pumps (IHF for short) are designed as international standard combining with nonmetal pump process. The pump has series of advantages such as corrosion, abrasion and heat resistance, anti-aging, high mechanical strength, no toxin decomposing, wide operation temperature etc.
The medium temperature is between -85℃~200℃. At present, IHF series are widely used in conveying corrosive medium during chemical production or electrolyte in non-ferrous metal smelting, pickling process in automobiles manufacturing, pharmacy, petroleum, electricity, pesticide, paper, food, textile industry etc. Since IHF is one of the most advanced corrosion resistance equipments, it can convey sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrogen nitrate, hydrofluoric acid, hydrogen nitrate, aqua regia, strong alkali, strong oxidizer and other strong corrosive medium of any concentration for a long term at various temperature conditions.

Pump casing adopts metal case and fluorinated ethylene propylene lining. Pump cover, impeller and shaft sleeve are all adopt metal insert covered with fluorine plastics and formed by sintering and pressing the whole. Shaft seal adopts externally-mounted bellows mechanical seal. Stationary seal ring adopts 99.9% alumina ceramics or silicon carbide; rotating seal ring adopts PTEE filling material or silicon carbide. The characteristics of the pump are advanced and rational structure, strong corrosion resistance, strict and reliable sealing form, stable operation, low noise, long service life.
