Vacuum Melting Furnace
Vacuum melting furnace is mainly used for vacuum melting of metal materials in universities, research institutes and vacuum or protective atmospheres. It can also be used for vacuum refining of alloy steel and precision casting.

The vacuum melting furnace consists of the cover of the furnace, the furnace, the bottom of the furnace, the rotating mechanism of the crucible, the vacuum system and the power control system.
The furnace cover, using the double layer water cooling structure of the furnace and bottom, keeps the temperature of the shell not more than 60 degrees C. The opening of the furnace cover is manual, the observation hole and the baffle are set on the cover of the furnace, and the alloy elements are added to the cover of the furnace so as to facilitate the smelting process. There are induction coils in the furnace body. The melt in the crucible can easily be poured into the ingot mold by turning the handle outside the furnace manually. The ingot mould can be designed into a water-cooled. There is a temperature measuring device at the upper part of the crucible.
The vacuum system uses two pumps, the K-300 oil diffusion pump and the 2X-70 mechanical pump, and the mechanical pump of the solenoid valve to prevent the interruption of the air after the power stop. The vacuum device is equipped with a vent valve and a ventilation valve.
If the power supply can select KGPS SCR or IGBT integrated power supply, all digital circuits, over-current power systems, overvoltage feedback and protection circuits.
